Of course. Your Account Manager or our engineers are available for consultation on any broadband matter. Just call us and we’ll do our best to help you come up with the right answer.

Unlike many Reseller Programs, there are no joining fees or start up costs. There is no need for any up-front financial investment at any stage. Our objectives are to get our Resellers up and running doing business as soon as they join our network.

Is there a minimum sales quota I need to reach?

The great thing about joining the MangoSurf.net Reseller Partner Program is its flexibility. We don’t set a minimum sales quota but we do discuss with each individual Reseller their expected sales forecast.

It’s all up to you. You can promote MangoSurf.net broadband full time or part time to supplement your income. The potential is unlimited so long as you have the drive to succeed.

What does “white label” mean exactly?

For Resellers who already have their own established businesses with a corporate logo, letterheads etc, MangoSurf.net offers a white label solution. That is, you can sell our MangoSurf.net range as if it was your own.

If you choose to invoice them yourself on your own billing platform, you will responsible for their contract.

What about commissions?

MangoSurf.net has an extensive product range and we reward Resellers according to product that has been sold.

What support can I expect from MangoSurf.net?

We offer sales training, marketing promotional material, presentations and any support needed to help you succeed. In fact, our Account Managers can attend appointments to win large customers, that’s how committed we are.

MangoSurf.net will also be responsible for all the ordering, provisioning and billing, unless you choose to invoice customers on your own billing platform. You would then be liable for their contract.
